Fi Europe 2024
Fi Europe is happening in Frankfurt this year, from 19 – 21 November 2024.
Expected numbers will be 1000 exhibitors, 20,000 attendees at the online and in-person event representing over 135 countries.
Various zones and pavilions include the food ingredients zone which will represent the entire spectrum of the food ingredients industry inluding bakery, dairy, proteins, starches, and flavourings; the health ingredients zone which is dedicated to the ingredients that add value to finished food and beverage products, and the plant-based zone which will focus plant-based ingredients and their applications.
The country pavilion will be dedicated to companies from specific countries and regions, aimed at promoting products from these regions, and ingredients focused on specific ingredients like omega 3 and probiotics.
