As a full supplier of plant and process engineering solutions for bulk material handling and liquid systems, DAXNER will be presenting high-performance systems at iba in Munich this year, ranging from raw material reception to the finished product.
At iba, the company will be showcasing pre-dough and sourdough systems that can be adapted to meet a range of needs and products, as well as being seamlessly integrated into existing production. With a range of components, these components enable the production of operationally reliable dough systems and offer solutions for a wide variety of requirements such as high or low dough yields.
Daxner’s range includes process engineering solutions for all specific requirements whether for flours and meals, rye and wheat, cooled or uncooled, single-stage or multi-stage, manual or automatic filling and more.
In addition to the pre-dough and sourdough systems, the company will also be presenting the daxDou 3.1 continuous mixer for the hygienic preparation of pre-dough and sourdough as well as innovative special solutions for dry and liquid components.
The manual dosing system for small and micro batches or the Dosing and Screening machine DM30 will also be on show at iba.
iba is taking place in Munich, Germany this year, running from 22-26 October. As a show that usually runs every three years, this was disrupted by the pandemic and the last edition took place in 2018, where it welcomed over 77,000 visitors and over 1300 exhibitors.
