The introduction of the APEX Mini Combo BDR System reinforces AMF’s commitment to developing innovative automation solutions that drive efficiency and profitability for tomorrow’s future bakery leaders while fostering a more sustainable baking industry worldwide.

This year, Bakery China brought together 2,200 exhibitors to showcase the latest international baking solutions. The AMF China team along with other AMF leaders, presented many new cutting-edge, Tianjin-manufactured bakery technologies including the latest horizontal mixers, extrusion dividers, sheeting & laminating lines, oven technologies, and slicing and bread bagging solutions culminating in the recognition of the Mini Combo BDR System as one of the leading innovations at the exhibition.

Produced at AMF’s manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China, the Mini Combo BDR System offers a value-engineered bread and bun production solution for bakeries in emerging consumer markets looking to move from manual to semi-automated operations. This combination line ensures maximum profitability with simple operation, reduced waste and efficient product changeover. The Mini Combo BDR is also suitable for product development and has been deployed to multiple customer test facilities requiring a compact production solution for new product development.
