Even though we’ve entered a New Year, the pandemic is still prevalent – which also means the NHS and Emergency Service workers are continuing with their battle against it. Thankfully, artisan bakery Paul is doing their bit to help, reports the Mirror.
For those who are currently fighting on the frontline, and as a little thank you, the popular bakery Paul is bringing back their free tea and coffee offer for NHS and Emergency Service workers.
Along with a free hot drink, NHS staff and Emergency Services can also enjoy 10% off any purchases made in-store – from warm pastries in the morning to artisan bread loaves, freshly made sandwiches and French patisserie in the afternoon. Simply visit any of the 28 Paul stores across London and in Oxford and show a valid ID card at the till.
These offers will be available daily from 13 January 2021, at your local Paul bakery. To find your nearest, we’ve popped the store locator here for ease. You’ll also find opening and closing time information listed there as well.
There’s currently no end date for this special promotion so make the most of it whilst you can on behalf of Paul. Paul first launched its ‘free hot drinks for NHS staff’ initiative last year from March until July 2020, and has so far supplied over 5,500 free takeaway coffees and teas to those on the frontline.
Mark Hilton, CEO of PAUL UK commented: “The NHS and Emergency Services are working around the clock to get the nation through this pandemic, and by offering a free coffee or tea to help them get through a long shift is the least we can do to show our huge appreciation.”
The bakery also continues to donate food to those in needs across London, as well as unsold bread and freshly baked bread pudding to London based charity, The Felix Project, which distributes surplus fresh food to those that need it most.
