How did you get involved in this industry?
I’ve always been a true foodie. One day, I stumbled across a vacancy at GNT and the job description immediately caught my eye. The more I learned about the company, the more I liked it. I haven’t regretted my decision for a moment. I love the team and It’s been an incredible journey so far.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to work with amazing colleagues from around the world. The versatility of the job keeps things exciting — every day is different, and I’ve never been bored.
What is your favourite baked good?
I absolutely love carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. There’s something about the combination of the moist, spiced cake and the tangy frosting that I can’t resist. I also have a soft spot for anything with pistachio.
What would you like to do if you were to change careers?
If I were to change careers, I would love to become a pâtissier or own a small bakery. The idea of creating beautiful and delicious pastries every day is incredibly appealing to me. It would also be a dream come true to become a food blogger.
What would be the first thing you would buy if you won big on the lottery?
The first thing I would buy is a charming farm in the quiet countryside. I’d love to have a wonderful vegetable garden and some animals, and make as much food as possible from scratch.
Who did you admire growing up and why?
Growing up, I admired my mother and grandmother the most. They were incredibly kind people who always put others first. Their warmth, generosity, and strength left a lasting impression on me, and I strive to embody those qualities in my own life.
What is your favourite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
My favourite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is to start with a nice, quiet morning in. I enjoy a leisurely breakfast, followed by a walk with the dog. Then, I like to settle in with a good book or watch a movie. I also love to bake something delicious and bring it to friends or family to share over a cup of tea.
What are you most looking forward to from 2025?
I’m most looking forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I hope to take on new challenges at work, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of GNT. On a personal level, I’m excited about spending more quality time with family and friends, exploring new hobbies, and perhaps even starting that small bakery or food blog I’ve always dreamed of.
