French bakery manufacturer Bridor has partnered with global cheese producer, The Laughing Cow, to launch an indulgent Cheese Lattice. The new product caters for both the snacking and the lunch market thanks to its on-the-go format.
The new ready-to-bake savoury Cheese Lattice (100g) is made with Bridor’s pure butter croissant dough and is filled with The Laughing Cow’s unique and instantly recognisable creamy cheese. With a golden crisp glow and a rich, melt in the mouth texture, it can be eaten hot or cold.
As the seventh cheese brand in global sales, The Laughing Cow has been producing its unique cheese spread for over 100 years and was established in France in 1921, aligning with Bridor’s French heritage. The partnership between Bridor and The Laughing Cow addresses the fast-growing demand for products that are readily available to eat on-the-go. Research has shown that 88% of adults take regular snack breaks, with 82% of consumers also having a snack for lunch at least three times a week instead of a sit-down meal.

The product branding has also been designed specifically to improve shelf appeal. Packaged in The Laughing Cow stand-out brand colours to increase visibility, and in practical greaseproof paper, the new Cheese Lattice is suited to different moments of consumption throughout the day.
