French bakery manufacturer Bridor has expanded its range with the launch of its new Mini Filled Croissants in four delicious flavours. Created to appeal to hospitality outlets looking to satisfy consumers seeking indulgent moments, Bridor’s Mini Filled Croissants are suited to breakfast and on the go occasions, with the mini format being ideal for hotel breakfasts and seminars, or to share at home.

Rich in butter, these crispy organic Viennese pastries have intense flavour profiles and a meltingly soft texture. Featuring all the classic characteristics of a French Viennese pastry, the products are made using an exclusive mastering technique so that the filling is evenly distributed within the whole croissant.

The flavours include a filled Cocoa and Hazelnut Croissant – designed to offer the height of indulgence with a generous chocolate-chip topping to intensify the cocoa flavours. The Filled Apricot Croissant has a fruity and slightly tangy notes, while the Filled Raspberry Croissant features a stand-out, crispy pink sugar topping. The final new product to be featured in the range includes the Custard Cream Filled Croissant, which has a sweet taste and a delicious texture, with a sugar crystal topping for added crunch.

Suitable for every moment of consumption and a variety of uses, the new products are available in a 40g, ready-to-bake format.

The new Mini Filled Croissants come under Bridor’s ‘clean label’ and are made using only essential ingredients that are all of natural origin.  The only tolerated exception is ascorbic acid for its important role in the final product quality as it not only accelerates the rising of the dough but extends its shelf life. This is increasingly important as consumers become more and more concerned about the ingredients included in their favourite foods.

Bridor was established in France in 1988, the home of bakery and bread, and boasts a long-standing heritage and expertise. Known for its ongoing innovation, Bridor draws inspiration from the latest global trends to deliver new and exciting products that appeal to an international audience.
