The team in CEPI is hard at work preparing a special space to welcome their visitors at IBA 2025: 200 square meters of technologies and content, with a steady supply of delicious Italian food and drinks.
This is a very special year for CEPI: It was 1985 when they began designing and building turnkey bulk-handling systems for raw materials. Theirs has been a story of creativity and innovation, design and production, durability and regeneration. Today CEPI is a beating heart of technological development that has grown globally in collaboration with all the leading brands in the food sector. These 40 years tell a tale of the strength, energy and commitment that drove their growth together with all their stakeholders. A horizontal and participatory growth based on sharing and spreading a positive impact: a constant beat, which regenerates and innovates, enhancing people, territories and economies.
40th anniversary party
CEPI is excited to invite you to a special event celebrating our 40th anniversary: on May 19 from 6 pm at the IBA trade show in Düsseldorf, their booth will light up with surprises and unforgettable moments.
It was 1985 when an ambitious idea took shape in Forlì, at the foot of the Apennine mountains where our families have their roots. First the Ceccarellis and the Milanesis, then the Montaltis and the Riccardis transformed their experience and vision into a company capable of designing advanced systems for the storage, transport and dosing of raw materials. Forty years of managing ingredients, building from an industrial project itself made of irreplaceable ingredients: the value of human and professional partnership and complementary skills, an approach that combines technical solidity and open thinking. Every day, these ingredients allow us to connect different points of view into a unique path.
Vocalist Carlotta Savorelli, DJ set by Mr Nice Guy, music by Brass2House and food from the Romagna tradition: these are only some of the ingredients waiting for you at booth 10.C20 in Hall 10. A party dedicated to the relationships that brought CEPI this far, which are the true heart of their technology: join in to get in tune with an energy that has always thrummed to the rhythm of pluralism, of durable creativity and project-minded regeneration.
Heart and ingredients since 1985
This year, we will be joined by a big delegation from all departments in CEPI, ready to tell you all about their design and applications. You will be amazed with how majestic our technologies look up-close.
At our booth, you will be able to inspect the top of our impressive outdoor silo in stainless steel. Suitable for powders and granular products, Globosilo is designed and built internally in dedicated tower. Extraction can be single or multiple with fluidised bed for flour oxygenation, accurate FIFO management and waste efficiency, or with vibrating cone for all products including abrasive and hygroscopic products like sugar and salt. Globosilos can be can be fitted with anti-condensation system for the control and regulation of internal temperature, and insulation or drying systems according to the stored product or in case of specific weather conditions.
Don’t miss the fermentation group at our booth, with two 4000 liters tanks and dosing point. CEPI’s fermentation technology is versatile and diversified, with fermentation tanks, yeast melters and bread re-work dissolvers for sourdough, pre-dough and poolish. The systems are highly customised and can stand-alone or be easily integrated in the production process, allowing for bread making through both direct method and indirect two steps method depending on the need of the manufacturer.
