Manufacturer of industrial processing solutions Daxner has recently launched an improved version of its control machine, Vib & Press. The new iteration offers an efficient and gentle solution for screening sensitive and complex products and scores with higher throughput.
For the new version of the Vib & Press, the company has worked closely with customers and industry experts to continuously improve the product to meet the needs of the industry. The machine has an enlarged infeed opening and screening area, allowing it to achieve higher throughputs which means it can process larger quantities of material in less time.
In addition, the cone of the new version of the Vib & press can be replaced in just a few steps. This facilitates a quick and easy cleaning process after sieving. The round design of the cone prevents material residue in corners and edges and has proved a particularly useful feature.
The machine is available in different versions that are tailored to the requirements of different industries, including bulk material for the bakery industry such as egg powder, fat powder and pepper powder. This means the new version of the Vib & Press can be optionally equipped with ultrasonic technology.
