The British Society of Baking (BSB) will be holding its 2024 Spring Conference at The Cotswold Hotel in Oxfordshire, UK as part of its two annual conferences a year.

This year’s event will bring together speakers such as Lidl’s Head of Buying – Bakery Holly Bleach, to discuss Lidl’s strategy; IFF’s Gilbert Van Der Wal will reveal research into enzymes; Wildfarmed’s Head of Grocery, Andy Thomas, will discuss their current plans and predicted successes; and more.

Along with providing advice, support and learning opportunities throughout the year, the BSB hosts two annual conferences, as well as a golf day and other networking events. We focus on bakery products, ingredients, production processes, equipment, marketing strategies, legislation and the latest developments and trends in our vibrant sector.

BSB’s membership spans the entire baking industry. BSB members come from retail, plant, wholesale and craft bakers, as well as from millers, ingredients and equipment manufacturers, research associations and training and education establishments.
