Craft Bakers Business Day

The Craft Bakers Association (CBA) will be once again hosting its Business Day at The Hilton, Wembley, UK on the 5 June 2024.
The event will welcome attendees to masterclasses, presentations and demonstrations with a dinner in the evening. The CBA will also be hosting its Bakery Competition with categories including Apprenticeship/Student Category; International Sweet; Laminated Pastry Savoury and more.
Winners of each category will be put forward for the Champion Baker Award. Last year Yann Coiet, Head Baker at Harrods was crowned the 2023 Champion Baker.
