Gulfood Manufacturing will offer a destination to see the future of food production, from new ingredients and advanced technologies to integrated supply chain solutions and breakthrough developments driving the industry forward.

From 8-10 November 2022 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event will see thousands of people ready to learn about the upcoming trends in food manufacturing. Over 36,000 buyers and attendees will be visiting, representing 162 countries, with 21 halls to visit and over 50 industry speakers on show.  

Highlights of the show will include the Food Tech Summit, where over 100 industry leaders will convene to discuss ranging topics such as food engineering innovations, metaverse factories of the future, food safety, circular ecosystems, and more.

As a food and beverage manufacturing event, the main industries explored will be ingredients, processing, packaging, supply chain solutions and control and automation. Latest innovations that will be on display this year include the PRATIKA 56 MPE X1 packaging machine, a fully electrial and servoassisted system offering heat shrink packaging and Ishida’s new tray sealer, which operates at up to 15 cycles and 105 packs per minute and can handle a wide variety of materials including trays made from recycled or renewable cardboard.  

With that in mind, ISM ME is also being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre this year, as a sweets and snacks event for a range of attendees and exhibitors including retailers, food suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, chocolatiers and pastry chefs. This year the event will emphasise chocolate, confectionery, desserts, snack foods, ice cream, fine bakery and dates, to provide opportunities for companies to network and build their brand.
