Organised by IFEMA MADRID, InterSICOP will be holding its the fourteenth edition of its in person event from 10-13 February 2024 to bring together the entire bakery, pastry, ice cream, coffee and equipment professional community.
This will be held alongside its virtual event as InterSICOP Live Connect will bring together sector-specific activities related to bakery, cakes, ice cream and coffee. During the four weeks of February, each week will focus on a theme from each category: spaces for masterclasses with specialists, professional technical consultancy, technical demonstrations, forums and debates and conferences about new developments and market trends.
The event will bring the industry together to discuss new industry trends and latest developments, generate sales as 30,000 professionals from 50 countries will be looking for suppliers and products, and offer a channel of communication thanks to engagement created by InterSICOP news, RRSS, the Innovation Hub, forums and championships.
For the bakery, patisserie and pastry sectors, on display will be raw materials including flour, ingredients and part-finished products, part-baked and frozen goods, decoration, machinery and equipment, and packaging and other accessories for decoration. Machinery and equipment will be looking at topics such as logistics, cleaning and hygiene, and Industry 4.0.
