Scottish Baker’s annual conference will return to Glasgow, Scotland, from 10-11 May 2024. Mich Turner MBE will be returning as conference host, with a programme titled ‘In the Mix: Bake to Innovate’ which will focus on innovation, consumers, insights, new product development, reformulation and growth.
A new addition to the conference programme is a selection of Interactive Taster Sessions in the afternoon. At the conference, the Scottish Baker of the Year 24/25 will be announced. Last year’s winners, Mimi’s Bakehouse of Edinburgh were crowned 23/24 Scottish Baker of the Year.
