An event which celebrates the world of bread, Sirha Europain offers a space for the exchange of knowledge, know-how, technique and heritage. Suppliers of raw materials, craftsmen and women and entrepreneurs are all invited to celebrate in bread.
The next edition will be taking place from 21 to 24 January 2024 in the Paris Porte de Versailles, France. Approximately 38,000 visitors are expected to attend alongside 452 exhibitors, who’ll be exhibiting bakery equipment, confectionery equipment, pizza equipment and supplies, alongside ice cream machines and cold drinks.
Last edition – which took place 26-29 March 2022 – oversaw a Bakery-Snack food stage which held demonstrations displaying products which would be found in bakeries including brioche, apple turnovers and cakes, and a Pastry World Cup, a contest for professionals working in the trade which included the European Pastry Cup edition and French selection contest for the Pastry World Cup.
