The Sweets and Snacks Expo is returning in Chicago, Illinoise, 22-25 May 2023, as an unmissable event for confectionery and snack retailers, manufacturers and suppliers where they can find product innovations, insights and industry connections.

Sweets and snacks will be the main sectors at the event as candymakers will be debuting new products, with exhibitors ranging from global players to innovators new to the industry. For snacks, the expo will host classic snack favourites alongside new snack products.

Startup Street will be a section of the show floor dedicated to innovative businesses which have been in operation for less than two years, serving as an incubator for trend-making new products, alongside Specialty Market which will bring together hundreds of specialty candy and snack makers offering alternatives to traditional options. Most Innovative New Product Awards will highlight categories’ groundbreaking new products, and education on category and retail disruption will be on offer to pinpoint trends in confectionery and snacks.
