At IBA 2025 we will present a new collection of off-the-shelf solutions of different colors, flavors and textures. That’s why we’re proud to introduce Cargill™ Indulgence Redefined, a delicious range of innovative products, designed to meet increasing consumer demand for indulgent yet more sustainable products.
The Indulgence Redefined range, which was developed in partnership with food technology company Voyage Foods, is initially available as an alternative solution to cocoa-based, hazelnut-based and peanut-based products perfect for bakery applications. Think of a donut coated with a confectionery alternative to chocolate and filled with a hazelnut-inspired filling.
The backbone of Cargill™ Indulgence Redefined is a patented technology from our partner Voyage Foods, which decouples ingredients from traditional sources. The raw materials used are well known plant-based ingredients that are positively perceived by consumers (sunflower kernels and grape seeds), using a process that is as close as it can be to the one of traditional chocolate. It results in a vegan confectionery alternative to chocolate that is sustainable, cost-effective, and offering a great sensorial experience.
