NEW INNOVATIONS FROM INTRALOX

LUGDRIVE S824: Hygienic, Small Transfer Belting

Intralox® LugDrive™ Series 8240 is a hygienic, solid thermoplastic belt built for small transfers. Able to wrap around transfer rollers as small as 1 in (25 mm) in diameter, LugDrive S8240 small transfer belting optimises line layouts while preserving product quality and orientation—without compromising food safety. Its lug-driven design ensures tracking on the belt’s underside, eliminating the need for side containment and providing a hygienic solution with minimal harborage points.

DIRECTDRIVE S2900 CURVE TOP: Improve Product Release in Conditioning Applications

Part of our revolutionary DirectDrive™ System, Intralox® Series 2900 Curved Top belting brings exceptional product release to spiral freezing, cooling, and proofing applications. The belt’s surface design enables smooth transfers, and its lack of chordal action optimises scraper placement for release of challenging products such as sticky raw dough.

ZEROSPLICE TECHNOLOGY: Connect Your Belts in Minutes – Not Hours

Forget the headaches of belt splicing. Intralox® ZeroSplice™ technology enables food processors to connect sections of ThermoDrive® belting quickly and easily without field splicing.

ZeroSplice technology utilises our fully enclosed ThermoLace™ Heavy-Duty Edge, and can be ordered in all available drive styles, fabrication styles, surface profiles, and accessories.

Why wait? Try ZeroSplice technology—available exclusively from Intralox—for fast, easy, DIY connectivity.

And never splice your belts again.

TENSION CLOSURE SYNCHRONIZED SIDEWALLS: Enhance Food Safety and Reduce Maintenance

Intralox® Tension Closure Synchronised Sidewalls (SSW) bring no-tool, no-hardware connections to ThermoDrive® belting’s exceptional sidewall system. Their non-metal closures eliminate harborage points and simplify cleaning to provide our most hygienic SSW option. Plus, they’re compatible with ZeroSplice™ technology, enabling quick, easy incline belting installation.

ACTIVE INTEGRATED MOTION (AIM) GLIDE: A Gentle, Hygienic Automation Solution for Bakery

Intralox’s new Active Integrated Motion (AIM) Glide™ is a gentle, hygienic automation solution that eliminates unscheduled downtime and jams while requiring 75% less maintenance and 50% less cleaning time than metal slat switches. Easy to clean and operationally safe, the AIM Glide does not need lubrication and prevents the need for rework labour to clear jams and realign your product.
