Recently, the Verhoeven Family presented their new RepeatLoaf Concept, an initiative that will be presented during IBA 2025 as RepeatLoaf – The Final Concept. This innovative machine concept is a fully automated process to ferment return bread. Within just 24 hours, the bread is converted into a dry, stockable powder. The end product has many applications: it can be used as an alternative to flour, as decoration or to enrich dough. The RepeatLoaf concept enables the user to upcycle waste and return bread in the purest and most sustainable way. This is an important step towards a circular food chain!
