As Gulfood Manufacturing approaches – 8-10 November in Dubai – Kerry is inviting attendees to visit its stand in the ingredients hall, where it will be exhibiting its latest solutions.
Focus areas for the company will be on “transforming” food and beverage categories to meet growing demands for lower sugar without sacrificing taste and flavour, alternative ingredients which are better for people and the planet, and natural preservation to minimise food waste.
Visitors to the stand will be able to sample plant-based ice cream with digestive benefits, energy drinks with green coffee and 100% clean label commercial baked goods. There will also be a prototype market display to bring concepts to life, where visitors can play with packaging and scan QR codes to see the science behind the solution.
Over the course of the event Kerry employees Harsch Koshti, Marketing Director, Jie Ying Lee, Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, Stephen Macken, Business Development, and will be delivering presentations. Mr Koshti will be presenting on alternative ingredients, while Ms Ying Lee while be presenting on the future of meat alternatives in the company, and Mr Macken will present on plant alternatives. Daniel Campion, Sustainable Nutrition Lead at Kerry will be part of a panel discussion on the carbon debate.
