Lallemand Acquires AIT Ingredients to Strengthen Global Baking Solutions

Lallemand is proud to announce the successful acquisition of AIT Ingredients, effective 26th June 2025, following exclusive negotiations with Moulins Soufflet, a subsidiary of Groupe InVivo. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Lallemand’s continued growth and commitment to delivering world-class baking solutions.
