Unifiller Systems, a subsidiary of the Linxis Group, has announced the launch of the +Series Depositors, its line of digitally controlled pneumatic depositors.
The +Series Depositors contain a range of features such as pre-charge, splash reduction and deposit pressure profiling. Compared with Unifiller’s original depositors, the +Series can handle more complex applications including ones that require smaller deposits. They come in three models: compact, pro and universal.
The depositors, which are being launched at this year’s IBIE 2022 event, “blend” the power of pneumatic machines with digital precision. Using a smart device connected via bluetooth, customers are able to control speed, volume, splash reduction, pre-charge and deposit pressure profiling for accurate deposits.
They’re also built for ease of use and cleaning, no special training is required to operate the machines and detailed video instructions are provided for any advanced functions. Electrical components are enclosed in a wash-down case that can withstand tough industrial wash-down conditions.
The depositors are designed to connect to Unifiller’s cloud-based Total Care App which provides the operator with real-time data analytics. Any machine settings and recipe adjustments can be digitally controlled through the Total Care App. Hundreds of recipes can be stored in the app’s clpid.
