After lifting all restrictions on congress and exhibitions in Moscow, the Russian subsidiary of trade fair organizer Messe Frankfurt opens the event season. After two years since the last edition, the international trade fair for bakery and confectionery Modern Bakery Moscow opens its doors on March 23.
Modern Bakery Moscow, is one of the most significant business events of the bakery and confectionery industry and the leading specialized exhibition in Russia and CIS countries.
The trade fair demonstrated products and technologies in: food processing, ingredients and raw materials, packaging, shopfitting, refrigeration technologies, cleaning and hygiene, services.
The exposition took Pavilion 2 (Halls 1,2,3)
215 exhibitors from 15 countries presented their products. The exhibition was visited by a record number of specialists 17,309 visitors.

What’s new at the fair in 2021
In frame of Modern Bakery Moscow 2021 the key and one-of-a-kind offline event of the year in the confectionery industry – the International Business forum “Confex. Confectionery expertise” were held. This is the only event for the owners and leaders of confectionery enterprises.
Speakers discussed up-to-date topics: prospects for the development of the confectionery market in the context of crisis, global trends in the confectionery industry, government regulation and support, export of confectionery products.

Business forum «Confex. Confectionery expertise» has become an important platform for meeting market leaders in the confectionery industry.

This year, the consulting center “Ask an Expert” continued its work.
