Cafe Valley, a ready-to-eat bakery brand, is expanding its line of Decadent Swirled Bundt Cakes with Tiramisu, Pumpkin Latte and Salted Caramel flavour varieties which will be available in the US beginning this month.
“We are thrilled to announce the addition of these new decadent cakes to our existing lineup and our team has spent a significant amount of time experimenting with new flavour combinations to ensure the product captures the flavour and taste consumers are craving,” said Brian Owens, CEO of Cafe Valley.
The flavours include Tiramisu, Pumpkin Latte and Salted Caramel. The Tiramisu Swirl Bundt Cake features coffee espresso and mascarpone cream rum-flavoured batters with a coffee glaze. The Pumpkin Latte Swirl Bundt Cake includes pumpkin spice espresso and milk latte batters with a toffee mocha glaze and caramel icing. Finally, the Salted Caramel Bundt Cake comes topped with dark caramel, white chocolate chips, caramel icing and sugar-salt dusting.
The baker’s line of up Swirled Bundt Cakes also includes Triple Citrus Swirl – featuring mandarin orange, key lime and lemon batters topped with white chocolate chips – the Chocolate Espresso Swirl – chocolate and expresso batter with a chocolate expresso glaze – and the Raspberry White Chocolate Swirl – melding white chocolate and raspberry batter, with white chocolate chips and raspberry-coloured icing.
