New pre-dough mixer

Daxner Germany, a dough preparation systems producer for pre-doughs, sourdoughs and raw material and liquid handling in the baking industry will be presenting the new generation of the pre-dough mixer at its exhibition stand at Südback 2022. The focus will be on the newly designed pre-dough mixer daxDou 3.1 and the reprocessing system daxRec.

The Daxner pre-dough mixer daxDou is defined by its compact design. It can be easily dismantled without tools, making it easy to clean. The corresponding mobile cleaning rack allows for safe and easy transport to the cleaning room.

daxRec is the company’s sustainable idea for processing residual bread and dough. These raw materials are available in many bakeries and in the best quality. The process technology developed by Daxner Germany with ultra-fine cutting prepares residual bread or dough for use in bakery production. By recycling recovered raw materials bakeries can help to prevent food waste.
