pladis UK&I and pladis Turkey have been awarded Top Employer status by the external best practice and benchmarking organisation, the Top Employers Institute.
This global certification recognises pladis as a company which provides a positive place to work for all employees, and is based on the results of a rigorous survey and validation process of company policies. It recognises pladis’ best company practices in areas around training and development, health and wellness, sustainability, compensation and benefits strategies and employee happiness. This saw pladis ranked in the top 25% of employer brands.
