Puratos has once again been recognised as a ‘Top Employer’ in Spain, reaffirming its position as one of the best companies to work for in the country.
The prestigious certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, which evaluates leading organisations globally based on their human resources practices. The certification process is grounded in the HR Best Practices Survey, which examines six key HR domains covering 20 topics. These include People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion, among others.
In 2025, the programme has certified and recognised 2,300 Top Employers across 121 countries and regions, spanning five continents.
