Rademaker has announced it will be opening a new facility and Experience Center, based in Chicago, as part of a commitment to better serve its North American customers.
The facility in Chicago is expected to offer the company’s customers service, training and spare parts using a variety of its machinery. The facility’s Experience Center will allow customers and others to test their products using a variety of equipment.
“The North American market has always been a major contributor to Rademaker globally, and this expansion reinforces our position as the industry leader,” explained Eric Riggle, USA President, Rademaker. “The facility will allow us to offer even more support and services to our customers in the US and Canada.”
“The Radini line serves a segment of the industry that Rademaker has not been known for, but we should be,” Eric added. “The craft artisan regional wholesale baker is a market that we’ve seen has been underserved.”
This is in addition to the company’s existing Technology Centre, which features several pilot lines for differing bakery products – including bread, croissants, pizzas, puff pastries, flatbread or alternative products – with a dedicated team of technologists who develop products according to their customer’s demand.
Products are translated onto a Rademaker production line with a focus on ingredient and waste reduction.
