Unifiller unveils latest depositor

Unifiller is proud to unveil its latest machine; the Pro4000i depositor. This heavy duty food portioning depositor offers unmatched precision, efficiency and versatility for food producers worldwide.

Drawing on Unifiller’s experience in portion automation and its commitment to delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of the food production sector, this machine boasts Unifiller’s largest single depositor capabilities, ranging from 445mL to 4440mL, suitable for commercial kitchens, institutional catering and other food manufacturing facilities.

Key features of the Pro4000i include its flexibility, as it is capable of clean depositing of viscous to liquid products such as batters, sauces, mousse fillings and others; the machine has a fast depositing speed of up to 60 cycles a minute to reduce production time while maintaining consistent quality; it features a high food safety design; is accurate in its portioning and offers customisable solutions. Food producers can use as a standalone machine, add nozzles, product cylinders, heated hoppers or integrate it with conveyor systems for a fully automated soluti0n.
