B Bagel Teams Up with Chef and Social Media Star

This Autumn, B Bagel is excited to announce a partnership with chef and social media star Natalia Rudin to introduce a limited-edition menu featuring plant-based delights. Available across all five (soon to be six) B Bagel locations in London, this special menu will run throughout September and October, offering new seasonal treats inspired by Rudin’s culinary flair.

Natalia Rudin, known by her 2.2 million social media followers as @natsnourishments, is a celebrated content creator who shares her love for plant-based cooking. Her recipes demonstrate how everyday ingredients can be transformed into gourmet meals that are both accessible and inventive. Now, Rudin brings her creativity to B Bagel, with dishes like her signature Harissa Squash & Tofu Bagel, Chai Spice Bagel, and Corn Chowder making their debut this Autumn.

Seasonal Highlights:

  • Harissa Squash & Tofu Bagel – Harissa-roasted squash and tofu layered with hummus, pickled onions, spinach, lemon dressing, and harissa sauce.
  • Autumn Spice Bagel – A toasted bagel filled with autumn-spiced peanut butter and banana, a delicious twist on seasonal favourites.
  • Corn Chowder – A warming autumnal soup topped with fresh coriander.

Each dish is designed to capture the essence of the season, offering hearty, comforting flavours perfect for cooler days. The collaboration also extends to B Bagel’s hot drink menu, which will now feature seasonal specials like the Pumpkin Spice Latte, making every visit a true celebration of autumn.

This is the first time B Bagel has collaborated with a chef of Rudin’s calibre, marking a new chapter in their commitment to offering inventive and satisfying plant-based options. The partnership with Rudin aligns with B Bagel’s mission to elevate simple meals into extraordinary experiences, making plant-based options delicious and accessible to all.

The limited-edition Autumn menu will be available at all B Bagel locations across London starting 19 September.
