Bakery Live announces conference agenda

The Bakery Live team is pleased to announce that the conference agenda is now live and available to view on the website.

Our international speaker lineup represents all aspects of the bakery industry, from raw materials and ingredients like fats and oils all the way to the finished product, whether this is a plant-based pizza or brioche bun. You can visit these speakers using our Bakery Live platform, to connect with them or direct any further enquiries you have about their sessions. Make sure to reach out and make those connections!

Our first day of Bakery Live presents a rich agenda of interesting content as sustainability remains a major theme throughout, whether this is exploring sustainable nutrition in bakery as Matthew May, Director of Bakery at Kerry Group will discuss this or plant-based bakery, which Joe Hill, Co-Founder of One Planet Pizza in will cover in his presentation, or energy efficient production as our speakers will provide insight on a number of questions bakers may have, such as how to ensure your baked goods are healthy and sustainable, or that you are cutting the level of food waste at an industrial bakery level.

Our second day is equally strong, as both Emily Ann Smith, Data Analyst and Editorial Executive at FMCG Gurus and Heather Burgess, Marketing & Insights Manager at St Pierre Groupe will delve into consumer insight and purchasing behaviours – how to identify major trends at the moment and what influences consumers to buy – baking sustainability into the supply chain, reducing energy costs and sustainable packaging in the bakery industry, what materials are available and what challenges they present.

Taking place from 20-21 June, Bakery Live will present two days of insightful and informative content, with a strong focus on sustainability and the many forms it takes in the bakery industry.

Make sure to register for Bakery Live here, where you’ll have the opportunity to view these sessions, add them to your schedule as well as visit our exhibitor profiles and connect with speakers. See you soon!
