Bakery Live introduces Danielle Cartney

Ahead of the must-attend virtual event Bakery Live happening next month, 21-22 February, we are pleased to announce our next speaker; Danielle Cartney, Commercial Channel Development Manager & Branded Dessert Category Lead at Nestlé Professional.

Danielle has worked for Nestlé Professional for over 11 years, covering a range of commercial roles and categories in the Out of Home business. In her role as Channel & Category Lead she is responsible for the branded dessert ingredients category; bringing Nestlé confectionery brands to life in desserts and bakery applications.

A major topic covered at Bakery Live will be consumer insights; how bakery manufacturers can capitalise on trends and growth opportunities within the market as they face challenges related to the rise costs of raw materials and manufacturing, alongside the cost-of-living crisis and consumers reducing their spend on indulgences.

Offering insights into consumer behaviours and purchasing powers can be incredibly beneficial, as behaviours observed by Nestlé Professional show branded baked goods have pull with consumers.

Nestlé Professional leverages their category knowledge of consumer snacking habits and need states; to bring their iconic confectionery brands including KitKat and Aero into bakery applications with their bakery partners. In her session at Bakery Live, Danielle will discuss the importance of category management and the power of consumer brands within the bakery category.

Join 1000+ attendees from 83 countries in attending Bakery Live, the dedicated online platform for providing the latest insights and market trends for the global bakery industry.
