CSM Bakery Solutions has added four new delicious muffins to its existing Baker & Baker premium muffin range. Inspired by indulgent desserts, the new artisan flavours are Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Triple Chocolate and Banoffee and each muffin includes a luxury filling that oozes out upon taking a bite. Each variety is also generously topped and decorated to ensure the consumer enjoys pure indulgence from start to finish.
CSM Bakery Solutions is a leader in American bakery products and this is encapsulated in the new Red Velvet variety which is a hugely popular cake flavour in the USA. The striking red cocoa-flavoured batter is filled and topped with a deliciously sweet cream cheese frosting and then sprinkled with sugar nibs for the final touch.
Meanwhile, the classic Banoffee flavour offers a brand-new dessert within a muffin; something which is a first onto the market and that combines the banana flavour with an oozing toffee filling. The sweetness is offset with a cream cheese topping with a natural caramel flavour. All topped off with a sprinkling of caramel nibs.
Following suit with the dessert in a muffin trend, the Carrot Cake flavour features a carrot, honey and cinnamon flavour, filled and topped with a traditional cream cheese frosting. Decorated with walnuts for a classic carrot cake taste, this variety is set to be hugely popular with classic dessert fans.
The Triple Chocolate flavoured muffin combines all the traditional elements of the classic chocolate muffin, with its natural and bold taste and indulgent flavours, with a contemporary twist, offering a combination of textures with its melting middle. The Belgian chocolate muffin features a gooey, chocolate filling and is topped with a cocoa buttercream and Belgian chocolate chunks.
This new range of muffins combine taste and texture for an ultimate indulgent treat that appeals to families, young professionals and the older generation who are familiar with the classic dessert flavours.
What’s more, the new range of premium muffins meets the more recent demand for clean ingredients and is palm oil free, uses only free-range eggs, has no TFA or preservatives and is made with quality ingredients that have no artificial colours or flavours.

Based on a recent U&A survey that found 62% of respondents said they preferred a filling in their muffin as they felt it was more indulgent and moist we know the range will be very popular.
“The range, of course, had to include the Hero flavour of chocolate which is a classic and much-loved muffin variety, and we really wanted to offer indulgence with this new launch which is why the three other flavours are dessert inspired. It also allows bakers the opportunity to appeal to a wider range of customers across varying age groups and price brackets. The flavours allow for a number of different purchase occasions- from an everyday treat, to a birthday surprise to gifting.
