Cybake makes debut at BAA trade show

Cybake bakery software is making its debut appearance at the Baking Association of Australia’s (BAA) Baking Industry Trade Show which is being held in Wentworth Park, Sydney, from 30 May to 1 June.

Visitors to the company’s stand will have the opportunity to talk further with Cybake Australia’s Business Development Manager Josalyn Price and Sales Executive Ajelle Khoury.

“There are plenty of things happening. There are a couple of talks, and we have a little conference area called The Baker’s Corner where we have some good topics this year,” said Tony Smith, Executive Officer of BAA. “There are demonstrations all around the area. The flagship event is the National Pie and Pasty Competition. It runs over three days, so that’s at one end. There’s also the apprenticeship Bake-Off Competition; one day is bakers and one day is pastry cooks. And, on the other side, there’s the National Doughnut Competition.”

Cybake’s Josalyn Price, who has spearheaded Cybake’s progress since opening for business in Australia last year, says: “We are really excited to be exhibiting at this year’s Baking Industry Trade Show. It is a wonderful opportunity to be more involved with the BAA, support the trade and meet new people.

“It is a great show that attracts lots of excitement and is a good supporting platform for those up and coming in the industry. Plus, it’s an environment filled with new creative ideas, and, I’m not going to lie, it is a very tempting place with all the tasty treats and smells.”
