Global bakery ingredients manufacturer and distributor Dawn Foods is expanding its North America leadership team with two key appointments. The company announced the promotion of Becky Loveland to Vice President of North America Strategy & Business Planning and has appointed Elena Taylor as Vice President of National Accounts.
Becky Loveland, who previously served as Senior Director, Portfolio and Marketing Strategy, is bringing her strategic expertise to the forefront of the company’s growth initiatives. In her new position, she will lead the planning and execution of transformative efforts to capitalise on strategic opportunities in the region.
Having spent over a decade of experience at Dawn, Loveland’s extensive knowledge of the bakery industry and demonstrated success make her a good choice to elevate the company’s business strategy.
Elena Taylor, an experienced sales and marketing professional with a successful track record at companies including Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, has now been appointed to lead the company’s National Account team. Dawn Foods has said that due to her knowledge in product development and sales, Taylor will be tasked with developing North America’s national accounts sales strategy.

Loveland and Taylor will report to Schmitz and serve on the company’s North America leadership team.
