Planning of the 38th edition of the exclusive quality food and beverage fair in Europe, Ifema, is now in full swing. This new edition features an additional pavilion and will occupy six pavilions – 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 – at Ifema Madrid. Nearly 90,000 square meters, equivalent to 13 football fields, will be filled with innovations, trends, and activities, all centered around a single protagonist: the quality product.
From April 7 to 10, 2025, Madrid will once again become the epicentre of gastronomy, showcasing over 50,000 products from around the world, and attracting 100,000 professional buyers from more than 100 countries, including 300 foreign guests specifically invited by the Organisation. Once again, the Salón Gourmets, through its exhibitors, will offer the opportunity to explore Spain and up to 30 countries via their delicatessen products without leaving Madrid.
Additionally, exhibitors who register in the coming weeks will enjoy exclusive benefits that will allow them to showcase their products at Salón Gourmets, the largest showcase for high-end food and beverages.
