Washington based Kwik Lok Corp recently announced the addition of Howard Head to its corporate leadership team. Taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer, Head brings a wealth of experience in the manufacturing sector.
“Howard is a welcome addition to our team,” said Don Carrell, CEO of Kwik Lok. “His combination of strong financial experience and business savvy — along with a natural warmth and interest in people — will help us maintain our financial strength and grow our culture.”
Kwik Lok Corp identified Head as the right fit from his nearly 35 years in accounting, having specifically with financial and leadership experience. Most recently, he was VP, operation finance at Hollander Sleep Products in Boca Raton, FL, where he created successful teams with a focus on people development. Prior to Hollander, Head was the director, manufacturing controller for Harley Davidson Motorcycle Co., and director of finance at CSM Bakery Supplies.
Head holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Florida A&M University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He also possesses career skills such as growth development, technology utilization, team building and performance improvement.
“I am excited to join Kwik Lok’s Leadership Team and develop innovative solutions to grow the culture globally across teams,” Head said.
