AMF Bakery Systems announces new appointments

AMF Bakery Systems recently announced two new appointments to its team; as Leanne Parker has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Clint Adams has been welcomed as Commercial Director, North America Specialty Segments effective 19 September, 2023.

Parker brings with her to the role 25 years of financial leadership experience in multinational businesses. Most recently, Parker served as the Chief Accounting Officer for Liqui-Box, a company that provides flexible packaging solutions.

Her expertise includes global controllership, internal controls, business strategy and financial planning with a strong track record of success in delivering financial and business results while building teams.

In her role as CFO at AMF Bakery, Parker will work alongside the company’s regional leaders and global finance team under the leadership of President and CEO Jason Ward to identify and execute opportunities that will secure AMF’s position.

In his new role as Commercial Director, North America Specialty Segments, Adams will elevate and strengthen AMF’s sales, project management and customer care efforts within strategic bakery segments including artisan bread and rolls, pizza and flatbreads, cakes, pies, pastries and more.

An industry veteran and previous employee at AMF, Clint Adams has over 20 years of experience working in the baking industry in roles of increasing leadership; first in bakery operations and more recently in sales leadership in equipment manufacturing and automation.

As Commercial Director, Adams will partner closely with Americas Sales Director Adrian Dee on sales strategy and execution while bringing leadership focus and oversight to project execution and aftermarket care for North American customers in these segments.

“I am confident Leanne will be an outstanding addition to the AMF executive leadership team and will be a major contributor on our growth journey going forward,” commented Jason Ward, President and CEO, AMF Bakery Systems.

“This is a wonderful ‘welcome home’ to Clint, who spent 9 years with the former Tromp Group USA and AMF from 2011 to 2020,” Ward added. “We look forward to bringing Clint’s deep knowledge of bakery automation and operations, strong customer relationships and sales leadership capabilities back into our organisation.”
