Internorga is an international trade show for the hospitality and foodservice sectors, bringing together professionals from restaurants, hotels, bakeries, confectioneries, cafés and catering. The event presents products, technologies and concepts for the out-of-home market, combining an extensive exhibition with competitions, networking, trend-focused areas and a programme of expert discussions.
Internorga puts bakery into foodservice
Bakery and confectionery form a dedicated part of Internorga, making the event particularly relevant to artisan bakers, pastry producers and businesses supplying the foodservice market. The exhibition brings together bakery and confectionery equipment, shopfitting, ingredients, raw materials, baking accessories and other solutions for professional production and retail.
Internorga’s focus extends beyond the bakery itself. Visitors can explore kitchen technology, digital applications, packaging, beverages, food products and restaurant and hotel equipment, providing insight into how bakery products fit within the wider hospitality and out-of-home market.
The event places a strong emphasis on emerging trends and new concepts. Specialist areas and its supporting programme examine changing consumer behaviour, innovative food products, sustainability, technology and the future of hospitality. This can provide bakery businesses with ideas for new products, serving formats, menus and retail concepts.
Competitions and live demonstrations add a practical dimension, showcasing professional skills and providing inspiration around bakery, pastry and food preparation.
For bakery businesses, Internorga is particularly useful for connecting production with the way baked goods are ultimately presented, sold and consumed. Its combination of bakery and confectionery expertise with cafés, restaurants, hotels and catering makes it relevant to businesses looking for equipment and ingredients while also exploring new foodservice customers, concepts and routes to market.
