Holding an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the Poznań University of Life Sciences, Anna has built a career at the forefront of innovation in the milling industry. At ADM, she leads gristing and innovation initiatives across UK Milling, playing a vital role in bridging trends and product concepts with the commercial goals of both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Her appointment as a judge underscores the Awards’ commitment to recognising not only excellence in baked goods but also the scientific rigour and innovation driving the industry forward.
Anna’s contributions extend beyond product development. A certified Level 5 manager, she earned her qualification while balancing a full-time role and family responsibilities—an achievement that highlights her determination, resilience, and commitment to continuous growth. She is a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, not only within ADM but with the broader industry, and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of food professionals.
