At the exhibition, visitors can explore two semi-automated Radini production solutions: the Radini Bread Line, featuring a Cup Rounder for rounding bread dough pieces, and a Radini Laminator. Furthermore, the Charlie dough forming and filling solution from Form&Frys will be showcased as well.

Alongside its latest equipment innovations, Rademaker will highlight how digitalisation and automation can further optimise production processes. As a full-service provider, the company supports bakeries and food manufacturers throughout their production journey, from technology and process optimisation to the training and development of their employees. This comprehensive approach is complemented by a strong focus on service and customer support, ensuring that customers receive the expertise and assistance they need throughout the lifetime of their equipment.

Radini Bread Line: Boosting bread production with flexibility

The Radini Bread Line combines increased production capacity with the preservation of traditional product characteristics. The production line can process between 400 and 1,200 kg of dough per hour. It can handle a wide range of dough types, from firm to soft fermented doughs, direct or ‘green’ doughs, pre-proofed doughs and high-hydration doughs. Gentle dough-handling technology ensures consistent, high-quality results while preserving dough integrity throughout the production process.

The modular configuration of the Radini Bread Line allows manufacturers to start with a basic setup and expand the system with additional plug-and-play units as production demands increase

Südback showcase: shaping rounded products with the Radini Cup rounder

Produce exquisite round products from a wide range of dough types and structures. From buns with a crisp crust and soft bite to products in different sizes, the Radini cup rounder offers flexibility in both product variety and production.

Radini Laminator: producing laminated dough sheets for high-quality pastry and croissant production

For bakeries focused on producing laminated products such as croissants and a wide variety of sweet and savoury pastries, the Radini Laminator offers precision and reliability. With a capacity of 250 to 1,000 kg of laminated dough per hour, the laminator ensures consistent results by creating multiple layers of dough and fat, achieving the desired volume, open structure, and crispy texture characteristic of high-quality pastries and croissants.

The laminator’s modular design allows manufacturers to customise the system to their specific production requirements, including the number of layers, layout and level of automation. The Radini Laminator offers flexibility in the level of automation, supporting both automated and manual processes, including block-making for offline resting and cooling. This flexibility supports multifunctionality and encourages product variety and creativity, making it possible to respond to seasonal demands and the ever-changing preferences of consumers.

After the laminating process, the pastry line takes over, shaping the dough products, using a wide range of tooling to fully (or partially) automate the process. By integrating folding and filling equipment from Form&Frys, the Radini Laminator can help bakers expand their product range even further, including more sophisticated, handmade-style products such as a Spandauer and Pinwheel.
