Daniele Vaglietti is the Sales & Marketing Director and Co-Owner of SENSURE, an Italian company he joined in April 2020. Based in Italy, SENSURE specialises in manufacturing AI and self-learning-based vision inspection systems for industrial quality control, particularly in the food industry.

With a career that spans over two decades, Vaglietti has a proven track record of success, most notably at IMS TECHNOLOGIES. There, he served as the Group Sales & Marketing Director for over 8 years, playing a critical role in various capacities including Group Operations Director and Group Technical Director. Vaglietti began his career as a Mechanical Engineer, demonstrating profound expertise in engineering and the development of high-tech machinery in multiple sectors.

The growing use of smart solutions including artificial intelligence (AI) in the bakery industry has presented a number of advantages and opportunities to manufacturers, such as utilising AI to monitor quality control and reduce food waste.
