Bakery Live introduces Linnaea Peterse

Ahead of the must-attend virtual event Bakery Live happening this month, 21-22 February, we are pleased to announce our next speaker; Linnaea Peterse, Category Development Manager at Tate & Lyle.

With a technical background on ingredient functionality, Lin has worked before as technical specialist, supporting various Tate & Lyle customers. She’s currently responsible for category growth in the Beverage, Bakery and Confectionary categories working closely with our nutrition, regulatory, commercial, and technical applications teams. Driving growth by translating consumer insights into valuable commercial opportunities is what motivates and inspires Lin at Tate & Lyle.

Consumer behaviours and trends can be continually evolving, which is why it is important to remain apace of them; at Bakery Live, attendees will be treated to a wealth of insights on trends observed in the global bakery market.

Understanding what attracts consumers to bakery products and what trends there are for manufacturers to tap into and capitalise on is hugely important and attendees will learn more from a range of topics from the UK bread market to European bakery consumers.

Following the release of Tate & Lyle’s Bakery Digest report, in Lin’s session at Bakery Live she will talk through their major findings from surveying the European bakery market – including what’s driving consumer purchasing decisions, opportunities for growth for manufacturers and shifting perceptions.

Join 1000+ attendees from 83 countries in attending Bakery Live, the dedicated online platform for providing the latest insights and market trends for the global bakery industry.
