Cybake, a bakery ERP software provider, has appointed Martin Coyle as Customer Success Director.

Martin joined Cybake in 2009 as a sales manager and was appointed as Director of Commercial Operations in 2012. He has just returned to the company’s York headquarters from a twelve-month secondment to Cybake’s North America division based in Arvada, near Dever, Colorado.

During this time, he helped to establish a new sales team, implemented Cybake in some of the company’s larger customers in the USA and Canada, and gained valuable insight into the North American baking industry.

Similarly, in his new role as Customer Success Director, Martin will continue his focus on implementation, helping Cybake users get the maximum benefit from their solutions. As part of this role, he will also oversee the company’s customer support team.

Commenting on the new appointment, Ali Lyons, CEO of Cybake, says: Customer success is crucial to a SaaS company like ours. With his deep understanding of both our software and our sector’s specific needs, Martin’s new role underlines this. It reflects his strengths in establishing fruitful partnerships with the companies that rely on Cybake, and in always making sure they have any help that they may need.

Cybake’s new Customer Success Director Martin Coyle says: “Our customers and their success is fundamental to the success of Cybake. Therefore, it is critical that we support each and every customer to get the most from our products and services.

“I relish the opportunity to build this new team and improve our ways of working to help our users continue their successes and cement Cybake’s standing as the world’s number one bakery software provider.”
