Dibal will be exhibiting at the Empack fair which is to be held in Madrid, on the 26 and 27 October, 2022, to present their weighing and labelling solutions.
The main “novelty”, as the company calls it, will be their Productivity Control Solution for the food industry, which is suited for companies where there’s a high volume of manual packaging, who need to ensure each container contains the amount of product established within the limits of validity. In doing so, this avoids offering a product which doesn’t reach the target weight.
This solutions allows for the monitoring of manual filling lines and keeping overall control, analysing real-time and historical data to make decisions on productivity, overshrinking and overfilling, centralising and sending the product data and collecting data on both the company server and in the cloud.
Other equipment on display will be the company’s automatic weighing and labelling equipment. There’ll be the 4500 range automatic labeller and the 5000 range, which is a considerable “leap” compared with previous versions. THe new generation offers additional benefits on top of high weighing and printing speed, versatility, a modular design and easy cleaning.
Also on display will be the checkweigher 5000 and a conveyor belt metal detector to ensure compliance with the IFS/BRC food safety standards. In case of errors during the inspection process and treatment of contaminated food products, the IFS/BRC kit is able to identify them, signal them and stop the process until this is corrected by the operator.
The LP-5000 manual labeller will be presented by the company, which is built in stainless steel, has a weighing platform of up to 16 cells, a 4″ long-life print head and an 8 dots/mm labelling system. It is a powerful labeller, which is more robust, with resistant materials; easier and more intuitive; with a 10″ touch screen and more applications for industrial weighing and labelling.
All of these solutions can be viewed by visitors who go to see the company’s stand during the fair.
