The Federation of Bakers (FoB), the trade association representing the UK’s largest baking companies, has welcomed Lantmännen Unibake UK as its latest member.
One of Europe’s largest bakery groups, Lantmännen Unibake operates 34 bakeries across 21 countries and supplies products to more than 60 markets worldwide. In the UK, the business operates two bakeries, employs more than 500 people and supplies the retail and foodservice sectors.
Strengthening industry representation
As a member of FoB, Lantmännen Unibake will benefit from the Federation’s representation of members’ interests to Government and regulatory bodies, access to industry information and updates on technical and legislative issues, and opportunities to share knowledge and expertise with other leading bakery manufacturers.
