FRITSCH will showcase its PROGRESSA pastry line at IBIE, offering hygienic design, flexibility, packaging, and automation solutions, West Hall Booth 2901
At IBIE, FRITSCH is highlighting the new PROGRESSA pastry line, specially developed for retail bakers seeking greater hygiene, easy handling, and high flexibility. The line features a hygienic design throughout – including smooth surfaces, watertight covers on threaded connections, and rounded corners that prevent dirt buildup. As part of the MULTIVAC Group, however, it is not just about dough processing, but also about a wide range of further solutions in the field of packaging and automation.
With the PROGRESSA pastry, FRITSCH is presenting a new hygienic line for the semi-automated production of pastry products. Regarding the hygienic design of the line in particular, FRITSCH is consistently continuing the path it started on in 2023 with the new IMPRESSA bread and is now transferring key design features to the pastry segment. Maintenance and cleaning are simplified with a linear quick-release mechanism on the belt system – such as on the infeed table of the satellite head – which allows for fast, tool-free access even in tight spaces. The “omega drive” enables the belt to fully relax within seconds, making it quick and easy to clean underneath. A new folding plough system and an easy-to-remove coiling-in roller with significantly reduced weight make the line easy to handle and quick to retool. Altogether, the PROGRESSA pastry delivers dependable performance with a focus on hygienic design, flexibility, and ease of operation. Besides visitors will also receive comprehensive information about the IMPRESSA series – high output bread, croissant, and flatbread line – and about the MULTITWIST for braided, twisted, and knotted products.
The appearance at IBIE gives visitors a clear impression of FRITSCH and MULTIVAC as strong partners. Bakeries are supported by innovative equipment, expert advice and integration into the broader MULTIVAC portfolio. With the ‘Cooling@Packing’ solution from MULTIVAC, visitors can look forward to an innovative concept for vacuum cooling which integrates the cooling process for bakery products into a thermoforming packaging machine. Bakery products can be packed immediately after baking, which means they remain fresh for longer and their shelf life is extended. Furthermore, MULTIVAC will give a broad overview of a wide variety of packaging solutions – from a R3 thermoformer through the TX 6 series traysealer up to the horizontal flowpacker W510.
