Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line 

Presented for the first time in the US! 

The “E” stands for efficient production through endless dough sheeting with no edge trim, meaning zero dough waste. Its ergonomic, hygienic “Easy Clean” design ensures minimal cleaning effort and fast readiness. With its resource-saving operation and sustainable technology, the Artisan SFE EC is the smart choice for modern, economical production.  

  • The revolutionary ‘EC’ Easy Clean design saves time and resources for highly efficient cleaning, maintenance and product changes 
  • Dough throughput: Up to 9,000 pieces/h in 6-row operation 
  • Hopper volume: 60 litres 
  • Dough sheet width: up to 240 mm 
  • Dough sheet thickness: 10–19 mm (depending on the dough)

Fortuna Semi-automate
The compact machine  

With the Fortuna semi-automatic machine, the dough pieces are perfectly high and round. The dough is deposited with the end facing downwards. Thanks to its compact design, the Fortuna semi-automatic machine can easily be installed even in the smallest of spaces. The Fortuna semi-automatic machine can also be used as a reliable dough dividing machine.
