Yilmaz Öter has over 20 years of industrial sales experience, with over 10 years in the bakery sector. His vision, know-how, and process knowledge make him a valued spokesperson for the German and Austrian bakers, who need support and help with their bakery automation and products.
He has worked for several bakery equipment suppliers, which are A-brands in the market too, so his extensive network will help him and his customers to get in touch about potential questions and projects.
His responsibility for the region will cover almost any bakery and pizza product that is produced and needs to be. In soft bread and buns, artisan bread, pizza and flatbreads, cakes and pies, pastries and croissants he will consult and help optimise the process and end product results with AMF Bakery systems and equipment.
