Alvinesa’s product portfolio uses upcycled raw material left over from wine and olive oil production to offer natural ingredients for the food, beverage, nutraceutical and animal health industries. This includes ingredients for bakery, such as tartaric acid which can be utilised as a natural raising agent and emulsifier for baking.
